The Property

Falcon Lodge is a luxury residence located in the heart of Méribel, only 200m from the ski slopes, and offers groups a perfect blend of private accommodation, high-end facilities and hotel services. The Falcon Lodge Residence offers 23 luxury apartments, 10 luxury penthouses and 3 high-end chalet-style options to rent, an ideal base for both friend groups and luxury family ski holidays in Méribel. Each accommodation provides excellent flexibility for a variety of different group configurations, ranging in size from 65m² to 475m², and accommodating for groups of 2 up to 20 persons, whilst maintaining an accessible position in resort.

It's facade exudes that of a modern mountain home, decorated in classic stone and light wooden tones. Nestled in the Morel neighbourhood of Méribel, the Falcon Lodge Residence lies in an idyllic spot to explore the valley, whilst also benefitting from some exceptional widespread mountain views.

The properties in Falcon Lodge Residence all adopt a typical, contemporary alpine style and design, to bring a beautiful mountain home away from home feel. Open-plan layouts are made for entertaining and socialising; the majority of living areas provide a hub of life for the group to rest and recover from mountain days, complete with a cosy sofa area, inviting dining table and social fully equipped kitchen to match all your needs. Touches of original alpine decoration, such as stone style fireplaces (property dependant) and wooden cladding, seamlessly match the modern designs in each property, whilst high ceilings and plenty of windows further enhance a light and homely atmosphere. Balconies and terraces also lead out of most living areas (property dependant), to take advantage of fascinating views.

Luxury and convenience are not just at the forefront of a stay in the Falcon Lodge Residence; many of its accommodation take advantage of private wellness facilities, with opportunities to relax in swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, Hammams and more (all property dependant). In addition to these, the residence building offers a selection of shared amenities for all guests to unwind on a luxury ski holiday in Méribel, which includes a clear indoor swimming pool as well as a wellness area with a sauna, Hammam and massage treatment rooms.

Falcon Lodge Residence has a total of 36 private units available, to cater to a range of flexible group configurations. There are 23 luxury apartments available, ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom options, and 58m² to 264m² in size, to sleep between 2-11 guests. Additionally, 10 luxury penthouses further enhance the selection for guests; the smallest is 102m² and sleeps 6 guests, whilst the largest spans 249m² for 10-12 guests. For more exclusive luxury ski accommodation in Méribel, the Falcon Lodge Residence has 3 chalet-style offerings also available. With potential to sleep between 10-20 guests, these larger properties are sure to tick all the boxes for large group ski holidays in the Three Valleys. Many of the accommodation options in the Falcon Lodge Residence feature double rooms and bunk cabins, suitable for families.

Within the residence, you will also find a well-stocked ski shop and equipment rental store, so you can easily sort any gear needed for your trip. During the stay, all equipment can be stored in the ski lockers with boot warmers. All properties also benefit from access to an underground parking space, for those who are driving to their ski holiday in Méribel.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of a private apartment in the residence to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and in-resort shuttle service.

The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.
