The Property

Lodge SHL is a luxury catered chalet in the centre of Méribel for those looking for a truly authentic ski holiday to the Three Valleys. The chalet has a magnificent location, with a classic, rustic style brimming with character, and some splendid additional facilities, including its own swimming pool. The chalet has a maximum capacity of 12 guests, which can be spread between 5 double rooms and 2 bunk bedrooms at your convenience.

Authenticity is the fundamental design focus at Lodge SHL, from the weathered wooden interiors to the carved wooden furnishings and antique mountain decorations, this chalet is the quintessence of life in the mountains. The main living area is located on the chalet's first floor, with a lounge where you will find leather sofas sat in front of the crackling fire of the open stone hearth, beneath a chandelier of hanging antlers, in a space that is overflowing with alpine charm. Above the lounge, which features a double-height ceiling of exposed beams, a mezzanine offers a delightful area for quiet reflection. On the same level as the lounge, Lodge SHL hosts an open-plan dining and kitchen area, where you will gather around the grand wooden table, indulge in extravagant meals prepared in the traditional kitchen. Pair your evening meals with a variety of vintage wines, obtained from the chalet's large wine cellar with a collection of over 1,000 bottles. Access to a balcony from the first floor allows you to marvel at the beautiful views over Méribel ski resort and the surrounding mountains of the valley.

The ground floor of Lodge SHL is home to the wonderful wellness area of the chalet. A calming cave of spa facilities, here you will find the chalet's heated indoor swimming pool, which is complete with a counter-current system to swim against. There is also an exercise bike and relaxation lounge in this pool room, while a Hammam offers guests soothing respite to relax any tired ski legs.

Located on the top floor, the chalet features a cosy TV room, with an extensive collection of films available to watch and while away a pleasant evening in.

Lodge SHL will welcome a maximum of 12 guests for a luxury ski holiday to Méribel, although there are up to 5 double bedrooms and two children's dormitories, giving a large selection of options for sleeping arrangements, and ensuring the lodge is a great option for families. The bedrooms all have the same characterful, traditional style found across the rest of the chalet, with comfortable beds and en-suite bath or shower rooms. The top floor houses the impressive master suite with private balcony, with the adjacent TV room having the capability to be converted into a double bedroom. There are three further double rooms, found on the first floor of the chalet, while the two children's dormitories house bunk beds and can sleep up to 4 apiece.

Lodge SHL has a dedicated ski room with heaters for your boots and gloves. There are 2 garages for parking, and an internal elevator for your convenience.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full staff services (chef, butler, and housekeeping). Food and drinks are payable in addition.
