The Property
Located in central Morzine, Altaka 1 is a fabulous apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. It even comes with the luxury of a hot tub.
The apartment is open plan with a contemporary feel and has a large living area with double French doors opening onto a generous terrace There is a well appointed kitchen to suit your self-catering needs and a spacious dining area.
Outside, the large terrace is where you'll find the outdoor hot tub with great views of the surrounding Pleney slopes. It is also a great space for alfresco dining.
This luxury apartment has one master bedrooms with en-suite, and two further generous double bedrooms which share a family bathroom. The apartment would be perfect for a family of 4 to 6.
For added convenience, the apartment is accessible by an elevator and also has a ski room with heated boot warmers, parking for two cars and a washing machine. The apartment is all on one level and has wide doorways, making it easily accessible.
The price is based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis.
Location
Altaka 1 has a slightly elevated position which gives a real feeling of peace and quiet whilst also being very near to town. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from central Morzine where there are many restaurants, shops and bars.
The Pleney gondola is a 10 minute walk away and the SuperMorzine lift is 8 minutes walk. In good conditions you can ski back to the apartment from the “Piste B” blue run on the Pleney slope. If you would like to add on a driver shuttle service, this may be possible, please enquire.
