The Property
Chalet Cascades in Morzine is a 350m² luxury ski chalet, found in a pretty location with scenic views, the property comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests for their luxury ski holidays to Morzine. The chalet has some great facilities, including an outdoor hot tub and sauna, and features a stylish contemporary alpine design.
The chalet has an inverted design, you enter on the top floor, which is also the ground floor level, playing host to a spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. This space benefits from tall vaulted ceilings, sleek wooden interiors, and luxurious modern furnishings, with stylish light fixtures and vibrant green, yellow and blue hues adding a finishing touch of quality and style. A large, comfortable corner sofa slots into the open lounge area, with more cosy lounge seating found next to the chic bar area of Chalet Cascades. Flowing on from this space is the kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of seating between the dining table and breakfast bar for guests to dine, with the kitchen having a full range of facilities for your self catered Morzine holidays. An extensive balcony runs the breadth of this top floor, allowing you to marvel at gorgeous views over the River Dranse and towards the Pointe de Nyon.
The lowest of Chalet Cascades three floors is where you will find the property's collection of spa facilities. A soothing outdoor hot tub sits outside on the terrace, inviting you to unwind after a day of skiing in the Portes du Soleil. Sliding glass doors lead inside from the hot tub directly to the chalet's workout room, where you will find a comforting sauna nestled into the corner.
In addition to these wellness options, Chalet Cascades comes equipped with its own fashionable TV lounge. Here you have the choice of either relaxing in front of the large-screen TV with a movie night or boxset, or alternately, taking part in a friendly game of table football.
There are five double bedrooms to Chalet Cascades, with room for up to 12 guests total. The bedrooms have an airy modern alpine charm to them, featuring plush contemporary furnishings, wooden accent walls, and fresh, elegant en-suites. Each bedroom offers direct access to either a private balcony or the terrace with hot tub. The chalet is a great option for groups of friends happy to share together, as all but the Master bedroom can be split into twin beds. Furthermore, one of the bedrooms features two overhead bunks, both of which are suitable for adults.
Chalet Cascades has two garage parking spaces, and is equipped with a ski room with boot warmers.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping and towel changes.
Additional services, such as food delivery hampers, a hosted dining service and a ski shuttle service, are available for an extra cost, please enquire.
Short stays (minimum 3 nights) are also considered, please enquire.

Chalet Cascades is a luxury chalet in Morzine, benefitting from a picturesque location on the banks of the River Dranse, a peaceful spot halfway between the centre of resort and the Nyon Cable Car.
Conveniently located 30 seconds walk from the nearest bus stop, Chalet Cascades is situated just a 1-minute drive from the Nyon Cable Car, the nearest ski lift to the chalet. If you head into town, it takes around 5 minutes drive to get to the Pléney gondola and the Super Morzine gondola, the latter of which will bring you up towards the skiing in Avoriaz.
The top of Morzine's main high street is located 1km walk away, with a great selection of bars, restaurants, cafés, and local shops to be found in the centre of the resort.

This bespoke service is all about creating the holiday you need! They will introduce you to trusted partners to ensure all the crucial service you require are safely in place, such as airport transfers, ski instruction and guides, lift passes, ski equipment and childcare. For an added touch of luxury, you can also arrange Bamford spa massages and beauty treatments from their in-house team.
To make your holiday even more special and care-free, this team has carefully constructed a luxury self-catered delivery service which you can add on to your stay. They offer a range of hampers, drinks packages and menu plans to cover all your catering requirements and offer you home-from-home flexibility with how you want to enjoy mealtimes on holiday. Choose between fresh breakfast hampers with tasty pastries and/or supplies for cooked breakfasts too, or luxury dinner hampers with a simple recipe kit and fresh produce to whip up a dinner in as little as 20 minutes! You can even opt for a 'full dining pack' to know you have supplies for the week (includes daily breakfast supplies, 4 x evening meal kits, afternoon snacks and wines, beers and soft drinks).
If you want the comfort of having a host member present during your holiday, then upgrade to the 'Hosted Dining Service' (€6,000 for up to 8 guests). This enables you all the benefits of luxury catered chalets but in a more relaxed set up to allow the chalet space to remain your own. The host will handle breakfast setup and clean-up, provide a driver shuttle to the piste after breakfast, and then pick you up again after 4pm. In the evening, the host will prepare dinner, clean the kitchen, and leave you to enjoy dessert in privacy. On staff nights off, the host provides a taxi service between the chalet and your chosen restaurant.
