The Property

Chalet Four Twenty L'Elé is a luxury self-catered ski chalet with an outdoor hot tub in Morzine, made up of two interconnecting properties, Chalet Bobb and Apartment Deux Chevaux. When taken as a whole property, enjoy complete privacy for up to ten guests between five bedrooms and three floors. This chalet can be an ideal option for families with a range of ages or friend group ski holidays.

Within Chalet Four Twenty L'Elé, there are two designated living quarters each with their own fully equipped kitchens, dining tables and open living area. The main space for larger groups can be enjoyed on the upper level, where a spacious and open-plan living room offers a generous living area for all. Comfortable leather sofas surround a coffee table adjacent to the modern central fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere that faces out through double height floor to ceiling windows onto the snowy landscape. Adjacent, a large dining table and sleek kitchen waits readily for mealtimes spent together feasting on local delicacies. The living area opens onto the quaint balcony looking out on the spectacular mountain landscape, where better to enjoy your morning coffee.

The second living space is a smaller cosy room with an open living dining and kitchen space. The dining table is suitable for four people, perfect for kids' tea. This could be the perfect room for kids to escape to, to enjoy their own movie night, allowing the adults to have some free-time upstairs. Here, there is also a slightly larger balcony where you can enjoy an evening star gaze with a glass of fizz.

Chalet Four Twenty L'Elé comes with the added luxury of an outdoor hot tub, found in the garden to the side of the house, which you can access via the outdoor staircase from the main living area. Let the warm bubbles recharge your muscles as you take a moment to enjoy the views of the valley.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite overlooks the living area and has a large double bed and en-suite with a freestanding bath, and separate shower. The other two bedrooms can be configured as a twin or king beds and have en-suite shower rooms. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor and can be configured as a double or twin, each with an en-suite. It could be the ideal arrangement for a young family to have their own space, with easy access to a kitchen when needed, or as a dedicated level for younger group members. On request, if required, the large sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed.

There is a ski room with boot warmers as well as parking space for up to four cars.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
