The Property

Chalet Goûter is a beautifully finished, contemporary luxury chalet, located just outside the centre of Morzine. Set over four levels, the property combines modern design and high-end style furniture, resulting in the perfect place for large groups up to 14 guests looking to spend a luxury ski holiday in France. The careful design choices of Chalet Goûter stand out, right from the moment you step into the entrance hall, where a handcrafted stone wall together with a stunning use of statement lighting already gives you a sense of the luxurious style of the property.

The Chalet Goûter splits its living spaces over the very two top floors of the property. On the top floor, large floor to ceiling windows amplify a spacious lounge with natural light, creating an ideal place to socialise with your friends or family. A log burner provides a cosy atmosphere for you to relax, whether, on the large sofas around the coffee table or on the sofas in the TV corner. A bar is also present on this level, allowing the nominated barman of the group to prepare creative cocktails for everyone.

The lounge is surrounded by beautiful views to the Nyon Mountain, with snow-capped evergreens providing a scenic backdrop. Take a step outside and enjoy this view from the first of many balconies in Chalet Goûter.

On the floor below, a classy, yet cosy open-plan, dining area offers a spacious room in which to enjoy delicious evening meals together, around the dining table made from Dutch cheese making planks; showing the perfectly aged circular marks from the cheese. On the opposite side, ultra-modern overhanging lamps illuminate the fully equipped kitchen island, where your chalet chef will prepare high quality, tailor made, dishes. A small seating area next to the dining table, is an ideal spot for parents to relax as their children enjoy an early supper, if they need to watch on.

Leading off from the dining area, large sliding doors allow you to step into the outdoor hot tub, where you can relax your muscles and have a well-deserved drink after a day up and down the slopes of Morzine, while admiring the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. In the same area, you will find a comfortable outdoor dining area, where to enjoy alfresco apéritifs and dinners in the warmer months.

The modern, high-end luxury style is also recalled in the six spacious bedrooms, all complete with en-suite shower or bathrooms. On the first floor, a large family bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds offers the ideal place for a couple with two children. While divided between the first and second floor are the other 5 double bedrooms, designed with a wood alpine style. Two of the double bedrooms, located on the first level, have the privilege of access to a shared balcony from which they can enjoy the breath-taking views of Morzine's slopes, or have a nice alfresco morning coffee. According to the desires of the guests, the double bedrooms can also be arranged as twins.

Upon entering the property, on the ground floor, Chalet Goûter provides a secure ski room with heated boot dryers, to make sure your ski equipment is warm and ready for the next day on the slopes. For guests arriving with their own vehicle, there is a large off-road parking area.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full chalet catering and in-resort ski lift shuttle service. For additional guests (up to 14) there may be an extra charge.
