The Property

Chalet Joy is a four-bedroom duplex penthouse in a fabulous ski location in Morzine. One to keep in mind for families, Chalet Joy sleeps up to twelve guests, whilst boasting an outdoor hot tub and fantastic views. It's a great option for your next luxury ski holiday to Morzine.

The main living area is on the top floor of the building, under a stylish vaulted wooden ceiling. Gracious floor to ceiling windows usher light into the space, illuminating the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. A corner sofa nestles to the wall, creating a snug seating area in front of a TV and windows, allowing you to gaze out on the skiers returning from the mountain. In the corner, a contemporary fireplace flickers, sending out a gentle glow and warmth, filling the room with a cosy ambiance. Two modern armchairs which sit in front of it. A long wooden dining table stands ready, surrounded by supportive blue dining chairs, waiting to see what delights you bring forth for your meals. A modern kitchen lines one side of the living area, its beautiful natural stone worktops and sleek white cupboards dazzle in the light from the windows. The kitchen's highlight is its central island with four bar stools for guests to recount their exciting day over a glass of fizz. From the living area, there are two balconies that can be accessed, one facing back towards the Route Des Nants ski run, and the other looks out over Morzine.

The terrific views aren't the only capturing features of Chalet Joy's top floor balconies. Relax in the covered outdoor hot tub looking out over the picturesque Morzine valley. Where better to end the perfect ski day? For your post dinner entertainment, retire to the cinema-esque TV lounge on the lower floor and get lost in your favourite blockbuster. Fitted with star scape lighting and welcoming, soft sofas, it's the perfect place to unwind.

Chalet Joy's four bedrooms can sleep up to a total of ten guests, with the opportunity to sleep two further guests on sofa beds in the TV lounge. All the bedrooms have sumptuous, inviting beds with warm blankets to hold you in a comfortable slumber, letting you rest up for more days taking on the mountain. The master suite has an open en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a separate shower. It also features a private balcony. There are also two double/twin bedrooms on this floor and a final double/twin bedroom which also features a bunk bed, perfect for families with younger kids.

For your convenience, guests of Chalet Joy have access to two garage parking spaces with electric vehicle charging points, and use of an underground ski room with boot warmers. There are also laundry facilities.

For larger groups, Chalet Joy can be taken alongside Apartment Le Tournesol found next door, which can sleep up to 8 guests, allowing for groups of up to 20 to stay close together.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
