Chalet La Maison in Morzine is an exceptional property for up to 12 guests, a 780m² luxury chalet with swimming pool and an abundance of additional amazing features. Dating back to 1749, this unique home in the Montriond area marries traditional with ultimate luxury, across one of the best chalets in Morzine for a luxury ski holiday.
Set over three levels, the top floor of the chalet is where you'll find the impressive main living areas. Beneath a cathedral-like authentic wooden roof structure, the chalet features a capacious lounge area for the whole group to delight in. Relax upon plush sofas, sophisticated armchairs, and charming swing seats across a vast living space complete with several fireplaces. The kitchen and dining area of Chalet La Maison is then found on the floor below, which can be looked into from the floor above. A Grand piano adds a touch of elegance to the dining space, which can comfortably seat all 12 guests for a marvellous evening meal. The kitchen has both a closed off professional area and a stunning open show kitchen, while a bar area and wine cellar adjoins the dining room. A glass floor lets you see into the chalet's swimming pool from the bar area. Large windows surround the living areas on both floors, leading out to terrace and balcony areas that treat to stunning mountain views.
Chalet La Maison offers its 12 guests a staggering range of fabulous spa facilities, making the chalet the perfect base for a relaxing luxury escape in the Alps. An L-shaped indoor swimming pool in the main spa area features counter current and massage jets for your comfort and leisure. You can enjoy an indulgent pamper session amongst both an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a stylish barrel sauna, or a sizeable steam room. You can also enjoy additional treatments at an extra cost in the chalet's massage room, or hire an instructor and take advantage of the yoga and Pilates studio.
Plenty of entertainment options are available across Chalet La Maison's spacious building. A pool table can be found alongside the main lounge area on the top floor, while a cosy library provides the perfect place to unwind with a good book. There's a chic boudoir for further relaxation, and a cosy TV room with fireplace on the ground floor. Patterned furnishings and wallpaper with vibrant colours and intricate designs throughout these areas further elevate the luxurious style of this individual property.
Chalet La Maison can accommodate groups of up to 12 guests, spread between six double bedrooms, with two on each floor. Traditional wood interiors combine with homely, inviting beds across these rooms. Four of the double bedrooms can be taken as twin, for great flexibility on a luxury ski holiday to Morzine. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room to finish off its luxury offering, while two also include elegant freestanding bathtubs within their main bedroom.
Chalet La Maison has a garage for parking, with a ski room and boot warmers for storage.
For larger groups of 16-20 guests, an owner's residence annexe can be added on to the chalet, forming the ultimate Grande Maison.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 people and is offered with full gourmet catering, an open bar and in-resort driver service. Up to 2 additional guests may be accommodated at an extra cost.
