Chalet Tataali is an ultra luxurious chalet in Morzine, teeming with a mix of fun and relaxing facilities, suitable for up to 12 adults and 2 children. This chalet with a swimming pool also contains the unique feature of an indoor slide between floors and a playroom with monkey bars, the chalet is the perfect base for a family ski holiday to Morzine.
You enter Chalet Tataali on the second floor of the building, where, if you head down a level, you will discover the primary living spaces. Alpine style meets modern luxury with traditional wooden interiors that seamlessly blend with plush, stylish furnishings. The comfortable lounge area has a warming fireplace at its heart, with a well-stocked chic bar and wine cellar sitting the other side of this feature fireplace. On the same floor you can find the dining area, with space for up to 14 guests in the lengthy banquet dining table, which sits adjacent to an open kitchen with breakfast bar. Tall, sliding glass doors in the lounge and dining areas open out onto a spacious terrace/balcony, where you can enjoy picture perfect views of the snowy mountain forests and even relax outside with a drink prepared from the bar on warmer winter days.
Chalet Tataali's lowest floor is entirely dedicated to spa facilities. The standout is the pool area, where guests can lounge about beside the long indoor swimming pool, or even above the water on the pool swing. A sauna and Hammam can also be found here, offering an enticing spot to ease the tired legs from a day of skiing in the Portes du Soleil. There is also a well-equipped chalet gym for fitness fanatics, and a massage/treatment room for those who like to indulge in pampering treatments. The spa area opens out into Chalet Tataali's garden, where you can take a dip in the outdoor hot tub while listening to the soothing sound of the River Dranse that flows by at the foot of the garden.
Chalet Tataali was designed with fun in mind, and this is apparent by the long list of entertainment facilities that are sure to delight guests of all ages. The unique highlight is the indoor slide that runs from the entrance hallway on the chalet's top floor into the children's playroom two floors below. The playroom features toys and games for kids, as well as monkey bars on the ceiling to swing around the room. On the first floor of the chalet beside the living room, guests can partake in a friendly tournament of pool or table tennis, on a dual-purpose table that can be modified for both games. A cinema room can be found next to this games area, with plush sofas and a projector, providing a true movie theatre experience.
In total, Chalet Tataali houses 6 double bedrooms and one bunk room, sleeping up to 12 adults and 2 children. Five of the six double bedrooms can also be configured as twin rooms, including the deluxe Master suite on the second floor. All the bedrooms have a unique character, with lavish contemporary furnishings of inimitable style. Many of the bedrooms also provide access to private and shared balcony/terrace areas, allowing guests to take full advantage of the breathtaking views from the moment they wake up in the mornings. Each bedroom includes a modern and luxurious bath or shower room, with one double/twin room sharing these facilities with the children's bunk room, making these bedrooms an ideal family suite.
A ski room with boot warmers can be found on entrance to the chalet on the top floor. There is also a garage on this level with space for 1 car, with a second garage on the level below with room for 3 additional vehicles. Both the garages also have electric vehicle charging points.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 people to include full gourmet catering on 5 nights, an open bar and an in resort driver service.
Chalet Tataali is found in an idyllic location between the centre of Morzine and the beautiful nature reserves of the Vallée de la Manche, with beautiful valley and forest views and the River Dranse running beside it.
The nearest ski lift, the Téléphérique de Nyon, is just a 2 minute chauffeured drive away. In good conditions, good skiers can ski from the chalet to the nearby cross country trail which leads directly to the Nyon lift. The Prodains cable car which takes you to the higher altitude skiing of Avoriaz can be reached by car in less than ten minutes.
For those wanting to explore the town of Morzine and its selection of shops, bars and restaurants, your chauffeured vehicle can take you to the town centre in 5 minutes.
