The Property

Goldilocks has been built and furnished to a high standard by its owners, incorporating the traditional chalet style with modern furnishings to create a luxury product. With uninterrupted views across Morzine and beyond, it provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Configured over five floors, three of which can be accessed via elevator, Goldilocks can sleep 10 - 12 guests.

The spacious living area is situated on the mezzanine level at the very top of the chalet, maximising the views of the mountains and Pléney slopes on the other side of the valley. Floor-to-ceiling windows provides the room with plenty of natural light, complimenting the neutral furniture. Also, on this floor is a large wrap around balcony with comfy seating, perfect for enjoying a few après ski drinks and watching the sunset.

Downstairs from the mezzanine, you will find the modern style open-plan kitchen/dining area, benefitting from a large dining table for the whole group and breakfast bar for relaxed chatter with your designated cook. From here, doors open out onto another terrace with a dining table and chairs.

Leading off from the kitchen level, is a landscaped garden area out the back of the chalet with a large hot tub, barrel sauna and fire pit to enjoy. If these facilities weren't enough, then the chalet also has its own cinema room, comfortably seating 12 guests which features a cocktail bar across the back wall, and a small gym with the latest equipment.

Chalet Goldilocks can accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 generous en-suite bedrooms. Situated on the first floor, with lift access, is a double/twin bedroom with additional mezzanine beds sleeping 2 children. The remaining bedrooms can be found on the second floor, comprising one master bedroom and three further super-kings bedrooms. Two have their own private balcony, whilst the other two rooms share a balcony.

On the ground floor of the chalet, where you enter the property, there is a ski room with boot warmers. From here there is also a lift to access the first three floors of the chalet.

For groups wishing to be close to one another, there is a sister property, Three Bears, sleeping 6 - 8 guests, which sits next door.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 adults and 2 children on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping and towel changes.
