Chalet Hibou, meaning ‘owl' in French, is a stylish and spacious chalet sleeping up to 16 guests across seven bedrooms. The beautifully designed interior is inspired by the alpine surroundings, and you can enjoy a range of relaxing facilities after a full powder day. For a group ski holiday in the Tarentaise or a heli-skiing holiday, Chalet Hibou is the perfect choice.
Chalet Hibou is a luxurious and authentic alpine haven. Making the most of the lovely views from the top floor of the house is the cosy living room and neighbouring dining space with additional seating space. The lounge is a warm, comfortable room, designed with comfort at its heart. Beautiful sofas are oriented around the huge open fireplace. From here, step through the French doors, leading out onto the alfresco dining terrace with panoramic views. Upstairs on a mezzanine from the living area, another seating area, designed as a hideout for children. Here there is a small selection of musical instruments.
Boasting an outdoor hot tub, Finnish sauna and Hammam, there are plenty of options for relaxing after a full day exploring the surrounding ski areas or heliskiing in nearby Italy. Should you require even more pampering after your day on the hill, why not book yourself a massage in the chalets own massage room. Alternatively, if you still have plenty of energy after a day on the slopes, make use of the fitness equipment. Chalet Hibou also boasts a TV room and several further balconies to enjoy for a relaxing luxury ski chalet experience. For evening entertainment, head downstairs to the après bar and have your own private party!
A holiday at Chalet Hibou is a unique and special experience. Guests of the chalet have access to a private, off-piste mountain refuge for an authentic and exclusive luxury ski holiday experience. It can be reached via off-piste skiing, hiking or snowshoeing with a guide to help you find your way.
Chalet Hibou consists of 6 double en-suite bedrooms and a further bunk room for children, making it perfect for family ski holidays. Across these bedrooms, the chalet can sleep up to 16 guests, and each bedroom has an individual traditional style. The master bedroom situated on the top floor of the chalet also has a log burner for the ultimate in cosy evening relaxation.
For larger groups, Chalet Hibou can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Pelerin, accommodating up to 30 people.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes a complete package including full chalet catering, open bar, complimentary mountain guide service, ski passes and equipment, and one day heli-ski experience (min 5 night stay). Up to 4 additional guests can be accommodated at extra charge.
Smaller group rates (max 7 People), flexible arrival dates and short stays (excluding peak season) are available on request, please enquire.
Please note that although the rates are displayed in EUR, bookings are to be made in USD $ based on the exchange rate at the time of booking.
