The Property
Elevated on the Sunny side of Samoens with stunning unspoilt views across the Giffre Valley and Surrounding mountains, Chalet Falcon gets its name from its imposing position, grand size and peaceful location.
Built with regional materials to the highest standard by local artisans and set in 2000m2 of its own grounds, the Chalet offers light, airy and spacious luxury accommodation in a relaxed, convivial and friendly environment. Two large Terraces, one covered and one not, offer great vantage points to sit in the sun and take in the stunning surroundings.
All the rooms, including bedrooms, have their very own fab views, and we’ve chosen to decorate the chalet with an eclectic mix of French Chateau Style and regional Savoie pieces that create a stylish and sumptuous interior. But, it is still very comfortable and relaxing as after all it is our home too.
The main living space has two sets of double patio doors and numerous glass doors and windows leading to the balcony, terraces and garden, it is also a fabulously light and sunny Room. Great for taking in the morning sunshine over breakfast or the lights in the valley during evening meal. A toasty wood burner in the seating area adds to ambiance with afternoon tea & pre-dinner drinks round the fire. The large TV Lounge has plenty of space for spacious comfy sofas and a library too so you can relax after a day out on the mountain or to chill out after a hearty meal.
Prices are per person based on 2 people in a twin/double room. They include full catering service and in-resort lift drops. No travel included.
Location
Just a 10-minute walk from the historic village centre of Samoens and 3-4mins drive to the ski lifts, it’s an ideal location for those wanting a real holiday retreat but within staggering distance of all the facilities the ski resort has to offer.
Room Layout
All our bedrooms differ in their size and layout with three bedrooms being big enough for families or small groups of friends wanting to share a room. The other three are suitable as double or twin rooms. We have detailed each individual bedroom below, but all of them have the following in common:

Criou:
Large Family Bedroom with Super king-size Double Bed or Twin Beds, leading to an adjoining room with adult size Bunk beds. Large family bathroom with double sinks, extra- large shower and separate Bath. (Can sleep 4 comfortably and has room for a cot)
Mont Buet:
Family Bedroom with fantastic views and double patio doors and south-facing Juliet Balcony. Super king-size Double Bed or Twin Beds and additional Single Bed. Large bathroom with large shower. (Sleeps 3 comfortably).
Pointe de Sales:
Double (Super king-size Bed) or Twin Bed Bedroom with south-facing balcony. Large bathroom with luxury shower and balcony. (Sleeps 2)
Grand Vans:
Double (Super king-size Bed) or Twin Bed Bedroom with large bathroom and luxury shower. (Sleeps 2)
Pointe d’Anterne:
A Very Large Family Bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 Super king-size double beds if required (or a mixture). There is a small wall separating two halves of the room for a little privacy from the children (or friends) and a small seating area. The spacious family bathroom has a double sink and shower. (Sleeps 4 very comfortably with room for a cot if required)
