The Property
Chez Xavi, a modern luxury chalet in Serre Chevalier brimming with rustic charm, offers a delightful setting for 10 adults and 2 children. Perched in a fantastic location with stunning views, plenty of outdoor space and spa facilities make this a fantastic choice for families or large groups of friends.
Inside Chez Xavi, the living area echoes the forest that the chalet sits beside, with wooden furnishings and traditional chalet architecture blending together with sumptuous sofas and a metal log-burning fireplace. The lounge can be looked down upon from a gallery on the floor above, which sits in an open-plan space alongside the dining and kitchen areas. The contemporary kitchen has extra dining space at a breakfast bar for additional dining space. Guests at Chez Xavi will benefit from some fabulous outdoor space, with a garden and outdoor terraces with a firepit providing a calming space to feel at one with nature and admire the beautiful mountain views.
It is outside in the garden where you will discover Chez Xavi's wellness facilities. Retreat from the world in the cosy barrel sauna that sits at the edge of the forest with incredible views towards the mountains through the fisheye window. You can also head for the soothing comfort of the outdoor hot tub, a great spot to relax after a long day on the slopes of Serre Chevalier. Inside you will find gym facilities to facilitate fitness fanatics.
For an evening of entertainment, Chez Xavi has you well looked after. Lose yourself in a good book in the reading corner, or head to the family room for an evening of friendly games. For some more intense competition, have a chalet tournament at table football. Those wanting to shut off after an intense ski day can unwind with a movie night in the chalet's cinema room.
Chez Xavi welcomes 10 guests in total, or up to 12 with children, with 6 bedrooms to choose from. The main chalet building houses five of these rooms, with an extra double bedroom with en-suite shower room located in the mazot in the garden. Of the five bedrooms in the main house, one double bedroom comes complete with en-suite while the other four double or twin bedrooms, one of which is located in a mezzanine, share two shower rooms between them. The stylish bedrooms have many charming features; soft blankets, balcony and terrace access, natural light flooding in from skylights, wood and stone décor, and stunning views are just some of the highlights on offer.
Chez Xavi contains a ski room with heated boot warmers and parking spaces for guests who wish to drive to the chalet.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 12 guests on a fully-catered basis with an afternoon in-resort chauffeur service and daily housekeeping.
Location
As locations go, they don't get much better than this. Chalet Xavi is a contemporary luxury ski chalet in Serre Chevalier, and offers the best of both worlds in terms of setting and accommodation. Chez Xavi sits hidden away in the forest for privacy, but still centrally located with a fantastic vantage point overlooking Briançon.
The old town of Briançon can easily be reached in a 5 minute walk from the chalet as well as Rue Centrale for a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is plenty on your doorstep for all to enjoy including the historic Pont Le Shappe, old medieval city and surrounding parks.
A 15 minute walk from the chalet will take you to the Télécabine du Prorel, your gateway to the slopes of Serre Chevalier, while your afternoon chauffeur will pick you up and return you to Chez Xavi from this point in just 4 minutes.
For anyone arriving by train, the station is just 1km from the property.

They will contact you ahead to discuss your menus for the week and make proper arrangements to meet all dietary requirements. An in-house host will provide an exceptional concierge service to help you with the booking of ski tuition, guides, equipment or help with any restaurant reservations, massages or additional activities. There is an in-resort chauffeur service in the afternoons that can pick you up from the slopes and bring you back to Chez Xavi.

Using the best locally sourced ingredients for a designer menu that offers up the pinnacle in taste and presentation, you will spend each day on the slopes dreaming of the delicious dinners to come.
For a unique mountain experience, the team can organise a BBQ lunch at one of the two BBQ areas in Serre Chevalier. You will meet at midday and grill together on top of a mountain before indulging in a picnic lunch with breath-taking views above the clouds. Beers and bubbly go hand in hand with this tasty lunch, just let your team know you're interested, and they will work out the best day according to the weather for it.
