The Property

Nestled away in St Martin de Belleville, Chalet Acolou is a perfect 300m² property to accommodate large groups, of up to 15 guests. From amazing panoramic views to luxury comforts, Chalet Acolou is a homely and inviting base for your next ski holiday in the Three Valleys.

Chalet Acolou's living area is located at the top of the property, under the beautiful raised ceilings, and is a huge open-plan space. Large French windows lighten up the room, helping to elevate the whole area, and allowing you to admire the scenic mountain views whilst relaxing on the spacious corner sofa. The modern sofa is accompanied by two comfy armchairs and the entire living area is perfectly finished with the large glass-fronted fireplace.

The other side of the fireplace, a beautifully elegant wooden dining table welcomes your group to sit down to long meals and easy conversation. The modern, contemporary kitchen sits behind the dining area, separated by a raised breakfast bar. The design is slick and simple, yet the kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook and entertain. Leading outside from the living area, a generous balcony provides a prime spot to watch epic mountain sunsets or enjoy an alfresco apéritif.

For evening relaxation, the chalet is suitably equipped. A cosy TV lounge sits just off from the main living space, allowing kids to be close by while enjoying their own space to play or chill out. Downstairs, the spa is the perfect compliment to your holiday with a sauna, relaxation area and outdoor Jacuzzi. Take out a beverage of choice and soak away any stresses or pains as you enjoy the mountain surroundings.

Chalet Acolou houses 6 bedrooms spacious bedrooms, all of which feature the typical smooth alpine wood for a comforting and cosy atmosphere. The main suite immediately draws attention. As well as an en-suite bathroom, which also includes a shower, this elegant room also has access to its own terrace for that romantic setting. An office is also provided in case you require a quiet space to focus during the week. The other five bedrooms consist of three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or showers, a double/twin room with an en-suite shower and balcony and a triple bunk bedroom for the kids. The bunk room is also partnered with an en-suite shower. All bathrooms are spacious with a simple yet modern design to perfectly finish the bedrooms.

A garage, laundry facilities and ski room is also included with Chalet Acolou, ensuring all your essentials are covered.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.

Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
