The Property

Located in the idyllic hamlet of Le Châtelard, just 1km away from St Martin de Belleville, Chalet Ann boasts the perfect chalet for an alpine retreat. Across 4 floors, there are 5 bedrooms and a vast amount of space for groups and larger families.

As soon as you step in the front door, you are welcomed by a beautiful cosy living room which has been renovated, keeping the original 19th century features and has a real log fire. Heading upstairs from here is the open plan dining area and kitchen, which overlooks the living area downstairs, making it a brilliant space for socialising. The bench like dining room table is rustic, contrasting the modern kitchen opposite. The spacious dining area has the added bonus of uninterrupted, breathtaking mountain views through the sliding doors which open out onto a balcony, the ideal place for a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Chalet Ann has 5 large bedrooms, three of which have an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor of the chalet, the same floor as the living area. One is a twin bedroom with private shower room, and the other a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor of Chalet Ann you will find the master double bedroom, which also has an en-suite and an extra mezzanine bed which can be used on request. The two top floor bedrooms share a luxurious family bathroom with freestanding bathtub and shower.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis with end of stay cleaning and concierge.
