The Property
Apartment Koko is a luxury ground floor two-bedroom apartment in Val d'Isere sleeping four guests. Found at the foot of the slopes in the centre of Val d'Isere, it is the perfect property for small groups or families with skiers of all abilities who are looking for ease and simplicity.
Apartment Koko balances modern contemporary design with classic alpine features. For a group of four guests, the apartment is wonderfully spacious. An open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge area with wooden floors, ceilings, and large French doors offering glimpses of the snowy surroundings. Sink into the cosy grey sofas and relax in front of the glowing fireplace before mealtimes, which can be enjoyed around the nearby oak dining table. A separate modern kitchen with charcoal grey worktops comes fully equipped, allowing mealtime preparations to easily take place.
There are two attractive bedrooms in Apartment Koko. The first is the charming master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, welcoming you with soft blankets and plush duvet, providing you a restful sleep to restore your energy. The second bedroom is a cosy alpine style bunk room suitable for sleeping two adult guests. It also has an en-suite shower room.
For your convenience, there are also washing and drying facilities next to the covered parking space and ski room with boot warmers where you can store all your kit so it's ready to go when you are.
For groups wishing to stay close together but still enjoy their own private spaces Apartment Koko can be an ideal choice, alongside Apartment Kilco which sleeps 4 or Apartment Kenji, sleeping 2.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 4 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
Apartment Koko is located in the heart of Val d'Isere, less than 50m from the ski school meeting point and the foot of the slopes. All the main ski lifts in the centre are less than a 5-minute walk away. This includes the Olympique cable car and Solaise Gondola. This is a great location for skiers of all levels, families with young kids can get them off to ski school, and hardcore skiers can get out early to beat the lines at first lifts.
When you are not busy racing down the slopes, Val d'Isere has plenty of bars, restaurants and local shops for you to explore and entertain yourselves with, just a short walk from the property, approx 5 minutes. Heading past the foot of the slopes, you're situated just 400m from Cocorico après-ski bar, where you can take to the tables and enjoy some musical entertainment.
