Aspen House Loft 3 is a luxury two-bedroom penthouse apartment in Val d'Isère. Sleeping up to four guests, this second floor accommodation affords stunning views, shared wellness facilities and a central location for easy access to the slopes, making it a fantastic option for a small family or group's luxury ski holiday in Val d'Isère.
Beneath the sturdy beams of the double height ceiling lies Aspen House Loft 3's spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. A plump L-shaped sofa faces the open fireplace and wall-mounted TV, inviting guests to rest and unwind in the warmth after a mountain day. Alternatively, the tilted leather armchair makes for the perfect spot to relax with a hot chocolate in hand, gazing out to the mesmerising mountain views that are framed across the windows and French doors. A wooden dining table encourages social mealtimes for the whole group together, positioned next to a large picture of snow-capped mountains that really set the scene. The sleek kitchen is tucked away at the back of the room, and features a glass partition which allows guests to peek at the delights being prepared by the chalet team.
From the living area, glass doors lead out onto a balcony with incredible views over the old town of Val d'Isère and to the mountain ridge beyond.
Aspen House Loft 3 offers two enticing en-suite bedrooms, both of which can be configured as either a twin or a double, perfect for families or couples. With double height ceilings opening up the spaces, and warming tones of natural wood calming the atmosphere, the bedrooms are a haven for sleep and rest. Both of the en-suites are contemporary style shower rooms, and the bedrooms share a balcony.
Guests of Aspen House Loft 3 have use of several shared facilities in the Aspen House development. The highlight is the soothing spa area, complete with a large indoor Jacuzzi as well as both a sauna and Hammam. There is a building reception and concierge, staffed in the mornings and late afternoon, as well as an elevator to access each floor. Additionally, the building has a ski room, with individual ski lockers and boot warmers. You also have use of private garage parking.
Aspen House Loft 3 is just one of several luxury apartments that form the Aspen House chalet. For larger groups, there are also the luxury apartments of No 1, No 2, No 3, No 4 and No 5 Aspen House, sleeping 4-8 guests. The building also features three penthouses, Aspen House Loft 1, Loft 2, and Loft 3.
Prices are per person and are based on 2 adults sharing a room. The price includes full chalet catering and a complimentary return coach transfer from Geneva Airport (set times apply).
