The Property

Chalet 1850 is a luxury ski chalet in Val d'Isère for 8-12 guests. A stylish offering just outside the centre of resort, Chalet 1850 provides guests with a taste of luxury alpine living with elegant interior design and some pleasing spa facilities for guests to experience.

The chalet has been tastefully designed, with a mix of sleek alpine interiors and neutral luxury furnishings, creating a calming ambience that combines both authenticity and elegance. This is best exemplified in the airy top floor living space, an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that showcases high ceilings, lofty windows and polished features. There is plentiful comfy seating around the fireplace in the lounge, while the dining area can seat up to 10 on a combination of chairs and bench seating. The kitchen is fully-equipped with top appliances, ideal for both tasty homemade meals or high-class gourmet delicacies. Chalet 1850's lounge opens to a balcony, where a charming view across the resort towards sheer mountain cliffs can be admired.

The middle of Chalet 1850's three floors houses a pleasing spa area, one where guests can indulge in the delights of an intimate indoor Jacuzzi hot tub and the revitalising properties of the chalet's sauna. A wellness shower allows you to cool off, while relaxing loungers offer the opportunity to rest between treatments.

The five bedrooms of Chalet 1850 can sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms are well-appointed, cosy chambers, with homely alpine designs perfect for a good night's rest after a long day of skiing in Val d'Isère. There are two double bedrooms apiece between the ground and first floors, with a 4-person children's bunk room rounding off the bedroom selection on the first floor. All bedrooms enjoy either an en-suite or separate private shower facility, while one bedroom also has the luxury of a private balcony.

There is parking for guests of Chalet 1850, with one outdoor space and one space in the chalet's shared garage. The chalet also has its own ski room with boot warmers.

For larger group holidays, where you may be looking to stay in close proximity to one another, the chalet can be proposed with the adjacent chalet, Chalet 1855, which also shares the garage space. In total, across the two properties, up to 16 adults and 8 children can be accommodated.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
