The Property
Chalet Cahokia is a unique and stylish luxury chalet in Val d'Isère, designed with respect to Savoyard traditions and combining modern and alpine styles to remarkable effect. The chalet is perfectly set up for a luxury family ski holiday to Val d'Isère, situated in a peaceful area with its own swimming pool, with a capacity to sleep up to 8 adults and 5 children in its five bedrooms.
Chalet Cahokia has an open living area with double height ceilings and giant windows that provide you with beautiful views of the snowy mountain peaks. This chalet really feels like a home away from home where you can enjoy a meal at the sleek, modern dining table or curl up in front of the fireplace, nestled in a charming exposed brick wall. Adjacent to this living space is a functional, contemporary kitchen which has ample space for meal preparation. Head out onto the chalet's terrace to enjoy the serenity of the chalet's location and wonder at sensational views down the valley.
If you are looking for relaxation, there is nothing better than unwinding in Chalet Cahokia's own private spa. Enjoy a dip in the chalet's heated indoor swimming pool or take advantage of the chalet's large Hammam, an ideal pair of wellness facilities designed to ease all your aching muscles after a long day of skiing in Val d'Isère.
There are five bedrooms across the property for guests to choose from, with the space to sleep up to 8 adults and 5 children. The ground level of the chalet contains the majority of these rooms, with four double bedrooms, three of which can be taken as twin and one of which functions as a Master suite. Located on the lowest floor of the chalet is the quaint and cosy children's bunk room. With four bunks and a pull-out bed, this lovely space can sleep five children, making Chalet Cahokia well-equipped for those big family ski holidays. The bedrooms are all expertly furnished in a mix of new and classic mountain décor, much like the rest of the chalet, which helps to create a timeless and unique atmosphere during your stay. Each bedroom enjoys the use of an en-suite bath or shower room, with each en-suite decorated in an aesthetically beautiful distinctive, marbled design.
The chalet has its own ski room with boot warmers to store your equipment and dry off for the following day's adventures. Chalet Cahokia also has both a parking space and laundry facilities for guest use.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 13 guests and includes the services of a private chef (breakfast, afternoon tea & dinner service) and in-resort driver shuttle service. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Hidden away in the hamlet of Le Crêt, Chalet Cahokia offers a peaceful haven in a quieter area of the popular resort of Val d'Isère, while still maintaining easy access to the resort centre.
In less than 5 minutes by your shuttle service to and from the slopes you can be at the main snow front where you will find the Solaise Express and Olympique lifts, your gateway to the 300km of slopes of the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Alternatively, the shuttle service will take just 3 minutes to reach the gondola station and Funival train in La Daille. The chalet is also just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, with free shuttle buses running every 5-10 minutes around the town and the neighbouring areas of La Daille and Le Fornet.
The chalet is only a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Val d'Isère with its boutique shops, quality restaurants and fantastic bars for après ski and more.

The chauffeur services are a truly luxurious addition, allowing your group to be whisked to and from the slopes and around resort at your convenience, for select hours of the day. You are sure to enjoy an exclusive and memorable experience for an unbelievable luxury mountain holiday.At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
