The Property
Chalet Kitsune is a stylishly modern ski in/ski out chalet with a swimming pool in Val d'Isère, a luxury property with a good number of facilities, idyllic ski location and bright, open-plan living spaces. The chalet welcomes up to 10 guests in its five spacious bedrooms.
Chalet Kitsune is distributed across three floors, with the airy living areas encompassing the middle, ground floor level of the property. A free-flowing, open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space employs light greys and whites, with some sleek marble fittings, for an exceptionally contemporary chalet design. There is ample space to relax upon sumptuous designer sofas in the main lounge, or enjoy drinks as a group in the sitting area perched in front of the stylish marble fireplace. The light wooden dining table has a Scandinavian quality to its style, and can easily accommodate all 10 guests of the chalet for meals together, and is found in the same area as the well-equipped modern kitchen. Many French doors bless the space with plenty of natural light, while also granting access to the chalet's terrace, where you can enjoy splendid mountain views and gain direct access to the piste.
A floor below, Chalet Kitsune hosts a lovely spa area with swimming pool for guests to make use of on their luxury ski holiday to Val d'Isère. Take a dip in the large indoor pool, relax on the poolside loungers or enjoy a rejuvenating spell in the adjacent sauna, all providing essential relaxation after a day of skiing in Val d'Isère.
This lowest floor of Chalet Kitsune also plays host to the chalet's plush TV lounge. Blackout curtains and recessed cove lighting set a pleasant ambience, while the large, cosy sofa offers a perfect spot to unwind in front of your favourite movie on the big TV screen.
Chalet Kitsune features five double bedrooms, sleeping a total of 10 guests. The bedrooms are sizeable, with wooden features that accentuate the alpine nature of the chalet's mountain home and angled ceilings that foster a cosy atmosphere. Three of the double bedrooms can also be configured as twin rooms, for greater flexibility on your Val d'Isère luxury ski holiday. Each room provides access to private bath or shower facilities, which are pristine and well-appointed, with either soothing bathtubs or walk-in showers.
For practical purposes, the chalet has its own ski room with boot warmers, a necessity for any ski in/ski out chalet in Val d'Isère or elsewhere. There is one outdoor parking space and laundry facilities for guest use.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.
This chalet is also available on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Location
Chalet Kitsune is a luxury ski in/ski out chalet in Val d'Isère, located in the Legettaz area of resort, in a prime piste side location.
The chalet is found on the edge of the piste, where the bottom of the red Piste M changes into the blue Traversee du Rogoney, where an easy ski down the blue will bring you to Val d'Isère's main snow front. The main snow front is the location of some nursery slopes, the ski school meeting points, and the main Solaise gondola and Olympique cable car ski lifts.
Less than 5 minutes drive from Chalet Kitsune will take you to the centre of Val d'Isère, where you will discover the charming old town and its luxury boutiques, and an amazing selection of restaurants, bars and après-ski spots.

In your stay at this incredible luxury Alpine chalet, you can anticipate high levels of service from an expert team of chalet staff, delivering a seamlessly personalised holiday experience from time of booking to your return home. On your fully catered chalet holiday, you can expect high quality food and drink for each meal that is included. Daily cooked and continental breakfasts created with healthy, local ingredients will be laid out each morning to set you up for an exciting day on the mountain. On return from skiing, afternoon tea will feature freshly baked sweet and savoury options, a delightful treat to look forward to on 6 days of your stay. On 6 evenings dinner is provided, a bespoke menu tailored to your group’s preferences, dietary requirements and wishes. The excellent chef team will use locally sourced, seasonal produce, paired with European wine selections, for a holiday menu of your choosing.
This luxury alpine chalet comes with a shared driver service in a 4x4 vehicle. Running from 8am to 1am, this chauffeur service makes it easy to get from your chalet to the slopes and back, as well as explore all that the fabulous resort has to offer.
The pre-arrival concierge service is there to help organise activities, restaurant bookings both on the mountain and in resort, setting you up for the week with all your ski essentials, and generally helping organise your holiday to be as hassle-free and straightforward as possible. Once in resort, you will be welcomed to your chalet by a personal concierge. As well as having expert knowledge of the chalet and resort, ready to provide you with any help you need during your holiday, they will also be a highly qualified ski instructor, on hand to provide complimentary ski instruction for the first two days on the mountain. They can act as everything from a mountain guide to show you round the ski area, be on hand to help improve your technique, or take the kids off for their first ever lesson. Should you wish, the option to extend this ski instruction beyond two days is possible, just let the team know pre-arrival if this is something you’re interested in, and this can be arranged for you at a supplement.
Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
