The Property

Chalet Shar Pei is a luxury ski chalet with a swimming pool found in one of Val d'Isère's best locations – just moments away from the Bellevarde chairlift and resort's main snow front! Sleeping 8-10 guests, this beautiful alpine chalet houses five bedrooms and light-filled interiors, with views towards the Face and Solaise, that's perfect for families, friends and corporate ski trips.

Making the most of the sweeping scenery that surrounds the property, Chalet Shar Pei's main living area has been meticulously positioned on the top floor. Adorned with exposed stone and wooden cladding, its alpine chic design has been highlighted by lots of natural light that spills in through French doors and large windows. Double-height ceilings add to the light and airy atmosphere. Not only do the French doors showcase the snowy paradise outside, but they also lead out onto a sensational south-facing sun terrace, in which guests can fully appreciate the beauty of winter in the Alps. Inside, there is a seating area with deep chairs and a plush sofa for falling into after a day on the slopes, perfectly positioned adjacent to the fire and under the floral chandelier that hangs from the ceiling. The centrepiece of the room is definitely the wood-burning fireplace, that's built into the large stone wall at the back, exuding welcoming warmth to relax in the room together. The contemporary style dining table encourages conversations, its square shape ensuring all are involved. Shutters into the kitchen will enable guests to watch the chefs prepare your meals.

For relaxation, Chalet Shar Pei has been perfectly set up to cater to those tired ski muscles. Home to its own indoor swimming pool, overlooking the stream, and a Hammam, guests can enjoy the peace and luxury of their own private leisure facilities for indulgent afternoons after mornings on the mountains. Massages can also be organised in the pool area, or in the comfort of guest's own bedrooms (additional charges apply).

Chalet Shar Pei features four double bedrooms and a children's bunk bedroom (sleeps 2), to accommodate for 8-10 guests. All bedrooms are well furnished comfy spaces, in similar mountain designs to the living areas throughout the rest of the chalet, perfect for restoring energy after activity-filled days. Bedrooms are shared between the property's first and ground floors, each benefitting from en-suite amenities except from the children's bunk room which is required to share with the neighbouring double – an ideal set up for families within the group. For flexibility, all bedrooms can also be organised into twin bed set-ups suitable for a range of group arrangements.

For convenience, Chalet Shar Pei also has its own ski room with boot warmers, where you can store all your ski equipment. There is also indoor parking available.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 adults and 2 children and includes full gourmet catering service, selected complimentary drinks and in-resort driver (8am-10pm).
