The Property
Chalet Thovex is a luxury chalet found in the very heart of Val d'Isère. Spread out over three stories and sleeping up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, all double or twin, this chalet provides a suitable place for mixed groups of guests in a home that perfectly encapsulates rustic chic.
A long open-plan living and dining room is furnished in a modern take on traditional chalet styling. A fireplace, with the eagle's crest of Val d'Isère adorning, provides warmth throughout the space. Next to the dining area, tucked behind the fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen is situated for you to prepare all your delicious mountain delicacies. Windows that run the length of this open-plan space look out onto the resort of Val d'Isère and the mountains beyond, with a door leading to a balcony that spans the width of Chalet Thovex.
If on return from the slopes you can think of nothing better than indulging in some relaxation time, Chalet Thovex has you covered. A large terrace sits out front where, in addition to providing a great spot for catching some end-of-day sun, you will also find the outdoor hot tub. Soak your aching muscles in the cocooning warmth of this nordic bath or, for further relaxation, a rejuvenating sauna indoors is also available to use.
There are six bedrooms in total in Chalet Thovex, sleeping a maximum of 12 guests. Each bedroom can be configured as either double or twin rooms, making this chalet a perfect place for any makeup of groups. The modern and traditional features blend together seamlessly in these bedrooms, providing an inviting place to retire to at the end of the day. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom.
When staying at Chalet Thovex, you will also have the benefit of a private ski room, ideal for storage of equipment on return from skiing.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis to include continental breakfast and daily housekeeping.
The chalet is also available on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping.
Location
Chalet Thovex sits in a fantastic location right in the centre of Val d'Isère. A few minutes walk down the road the chalet sits at the end of will bring you to the main road and prime cluster of shops, bars and restaurants.
To reach the main snow front, where you'll find the central lift hub and ski school meeting points, it is just an 8 minute walk from the chalet.
