The Property

The Chamois Penthouse is a unique property in Val d'Isère offering a great location for ski access, a luxurious interior and fantastic views of the surrounding peaks. With 5 bedrooms and the ability to accommodate 10 guests, it could be an ideal solution for a group of friends or two families.

Upon entering the penthouse, you are welcomed into a huge double height living area with stunning mountain backdrop over the roof terrace. This room offers a cosy lounge space centred around the stone fireplace and a large dining table for the whole group to enjoy dinners together. A breakfast bar divides this space from a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Leading out from this space, guests can escape to the large roof terrace, where you will be able to watch skiers making their way down the home run pistes in La Daille or look over the illuminated village of Val d'Isère beyond.

This luxury penthouse has four en-suite double bedrooms, each offering a chic finish with popping colours, creating a unique personality to each room. Three of the bedrooms provide access out onto the balcony, while the remaining one still maintains great surrounding views. There is also another double/twin bedroom which has a private WC but no private shower/bath facilities, and as such guests can make use of one of the other room's en-suite facilities.

For extra convenience, the property also comes with access to a ski room with boot warmers, as well as laundry facilities and garage parking.

Chamois Penthouse is part of a large complex or apartments so is ideal for large groups or families looking to be close to others within the party but still with your own privacy. Fleche Penthouse is the only other apartment on the top floor, so if both are rented together you have the top floor to yourselves and a combined space of over 250m².

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests, and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.

The chalet is also offered on a bed and breakfasts basis, where prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 6 or more guests with daily breakfast delivery.

The chalet is also offered on a catered basis, where prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 10 guests with daily breakfast delivery and a contactless catering service providing 5 three-course dinners.
