The Property
Kilco Penthouse is a luxury property, perfect for groups of up to ten people who want to relax in style. A stunningly secluded location right in the centre of the main village means this chalet is a great option for groups looking for ease and convenience during their stay.
The spectacular open-plan living space of Kilco Penthouse features reclaimed wood beams and sweeping views of the mountains. The lounge area sits in a double height space with windows that draw in the mountains that surround the village and an open fireplace - it is a great space to relax after a long day skiing. The dining area sits separate to the lounge area, creating the perfect set up for a gourmet dinner. There is also a small raised bar table for those looking to relax with a drink before your evening meal, as preparations are conducted by your chalet team in the separate fully-equipped kitchen.
From both the lounge and dining rooms, the penthouse offers access out onto its large balconies to take a close look-out on the village below or mountains surrounding.
On the lowest level of the property, you will find your own private spa with a swimming pool with counterflow with windows piled up with snow. There is also a Moroccan tiled Hammam which is the perfect way to ease those muscles after perhaps testing your skills on the famous Face de Bellevarde just a stone's throw away from the property.
Four private bedrooms spread from the central living space, each with open plan bathrooms, bespoke furniture and high roofs which create harmonious spaces in which to relax. An open stairwell leads up to the upper level and a cute bedroom above the main living space with its own bathroom can be configured as a king or a twin room.
For added convenience, guests have elevator access, via a private key, opening into the Kilco penthouse living area. There's also a ski room with boot warmers and an underground parking space.
Prices based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests to include full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks and in-resort chauffeur service (8am-10pm).
Location
Kilco Penthouse has a truly enviable location right in the heart and centre of Val d'Isere. The penthouse sits just 100m from the snow front where you will find the main gondola stations, home runs and ski school meeting points.
The village centre is just a couple of minutes walk away so you can browse the luxury shops and boutiques at your leisure or have a pick of the restaurants for the evenings your chef has off.
