The Property
No 1 Aspen House is a luxury three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Val d'Isère. Sleeping up to eight guests, this spacious ground floor property offers a fantastic base for your next luxury ski holiday to Val d'Isère.
Entering the elegant open-plan living space of No 1 Aspen House, you are welcomed by contemporary style furnishings complimented by hard wood floors and ceilings which elevate the minimalist alpine chic style of the property. Sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors invite light into the apartment making for a bright and homely space. In front of the decorative water vapour fireplace lies a stylish leather chair and a plump sink-in corner sofa waiting to catch weary bodies as they return from the mountain. A large TV hangs above the glowing fireplace, perfect for a family movie night. Behind the grand sofa sits the wooden dining table, with plenty of space for up to eight guests, where you will enjoy delicious dinners prepared by your chefs and served by your wonderful hosts. The fully equipped kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge and dining area. The sliding doors also give access to the main balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and take in the beautiful views of snowy Val d'Isère.
The bedrooms of No 1 Aspen House are all decorated in a similar traditionally alpine style. With wooden panelled walls, soft red carpets and sumptuous inviting beds, they're safe havens for a restful night's sleep. The master double/twin bedroom features a private balcony and a stone tiled en-suite bathroom. There is another double/twin room in the adjoining room, and the final bedroom sleeps four, with a double/twin bed and a bunk bed making it a great room for families with younger children. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
Guests of No 1 Aspen House have use of several shared facilities in the Aspen House development. The highlight is the soothing spa area, complete with a large indoor Jacuzzi as well as both a sauna and Hammam. There is a building reception and concierge, staffed in the mornings and late afternoon. Additionally, the building has a ski room, with individual ski lockers and boot warmers. You also have use of private garage parking.
No 1 Aspen House is just one of several luxury apartments that form the Aspen House chalet. For larger groups, there are also the luxury apartments of No 2, No 3, No 4, and No 5 Aspen House, sleeping 4–8 guests. The building also features three penthouses, Aspen House Loft 1, Loft 2, and Loft 3.
Prices are per person and are based on two adults sharing a room. The price includes full chalet catering and a complimentary return coach transfer from Geneva Airport (set times apply).

Location
No 1 Aspen House is a ground floor luxury apartment in Val d'Isère within the Aspen House building. Aspen House occupies an unbeatable central location in the very heart of Val d'Isère, right next to the old church and a short walk to the slopes.
From the chalet, you are just a 2-minute walk through the old town to the main snow front of Val d'Isère. The snow front hosts nursery slopes, ski school meeting points, and the Solaise gondola and Olympique cable cars, granting you access onto the slopes of Val d'Isère.
Aspen House has a prime location on the main high street, meaning you have the fantastic array of shops, bars, and restaurants of Val d'Isère right at your doorstep.

This dedicated chalet team highlights of the importance that the simple things that really matter are done supremely well, in order to make your ski chalet holiday easy. From warm ski boots in the morning to dedicated hosts who will help you with local advice for your ski day. From nannies with a little photo album at the end of the week to multimedia sockets to play your music, images or films. From the utter bliss of a post-piste professional massage or perhaps a manicure and facial, down to the fluffy towels. Silly little stuff like that is important to them, and so they know it will be important to you too.
Your catered stay consists of many elements, making your experience that bit more special. Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, you will be greeted by the team and taken to your chalet via coach. When entering the chalet, your beds will be made, and you will be provided with complimentary toiletries, bath and hand towels. Daily cleaning will be provided on 6 days of the week, and you will have the dedication of one host (up to 10 guests) or two chalet hosts (over 10 guests) for the duration of your stay, assisting with dinner and other aspects of your holiday if required.
A catered chalet holiday is all about the food…their chefs and hosts are passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. Their new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning, not groaning. During a week's stay in the chalet, you will be catered for 6 days, being provided with a three course set evening meal with cheese board and coffee, as well as a selection of house wines, cordials and sparkling water during dinner. Breakfast is provided on 7 days a week- 6 days with both cooked and/or continental breakfast options are available, and on the chalet host's day off, a self-service continental spread will be set up, to ensure you are energised for your day on the mountains. As if this isn't enough, a selection of home-made cakes are waiting for you in the chalet once you have finished for the day. Not to mention that canapés are provided on the first and last evening of your stay!
If you are planning a family ski holiday and are exploring childcare options, then you are in the right place. Their nannies will make your holiday and spoil you with a freedom you'd forgotten existed. Enthusiastic, qualified and caring, they'll come to your chalet, look after the children, waft them effortlessly from pyjamas to piste if required, and allow you to get on with what you came for. Regrettably, they are not available to take home!
Scheduled Transfers 24/25 (Geneva Airport)
There are 4 transfers scheduled from Geneva to resort, departing Geneva at 11:15am / 1:15pm/ 3:15pm (3:30pm from March 29th onwards) / 5:15pm. Return coaches on departure day are scheduled to arrive in Geneva at 8:45am /10:30am /12:30pm / 2:30pm. It is recommended you arrive 2-3hrs before your flight.
