The Property

Cesa del Louf is perfect for a luxury ski holiday in Arabba. This beautifully converted farmhouse features large open-plan living spaces, wonderful spa facilities and a gorgeous private hillside location. With 5 bedrooms, split across the main house and its adjoining annexe, the chalet sleeps 10 guests comfortably, with the option to have up to 20 in total. It's an idyllic base for large group get-together or smaller family retreats.

The main house, known as the "Maso" is a conversion of the historic farmhouse and spreads over 4 floors. Cesa del Louf has been wonderfully restored with many originals features remaining and including the use of plenty of traditional materials of natural stone and wood. While giving a charming aged feel, the open-plan living spaces blend in a luxurious modern touch. Huge windows sit to the front of the property, framing the mountain scenery for those enjoying the comfortable lounge area or dining space. A fireplace sits between the areas to add to the warmth and cosy feeling of the property. Behind, a more modern and minimalist kitchen awaits, ready for mealtime preparations. Outside, a sheltered wrap-around terrace offers a place to step out and appreciate the views.

Cesa del Louf offers a stunning spa, perfect for post-ski relaxation. Found on the ground floor, exposed stone walls and arched ceilings will welcome you into the relaxation area. This leads onto the private spa facilities which include a whirlpool, sauna, Hammam and emotional shower, to aid your rest and recovery needs. This floor also features an indoor swimming pool, complete with counter-current technology, with views to the snow-topped mountain scenery. In the evenings, you could also choose to make the most of the chalet's own private cinema room, where individual loungers sit facing the large projector, ready for your chosen family favourite film.

Outside, there is plenty to enjoy in the private grounds of Cesa Del Louf. Families with small children will love the private ski slope, which can be used for sledging or to perfect your ski technique. A pully rope tow, means kids won't tire of heading up and down the piste. There's also a large private wood, which you can enjoy a snowy walk through with the hope of glimpsing some wildlife. On request, you could also take the snowcat out for a drive through the private meadows.

In total, Cesa del Louf sleeps between 10–20 guests across five bedrooms split between the Maso and the adjoining annexe, known as the "Masetto". Each bedroom features en-suite facilities and can be configured as double or twin beds, perfect for mixed groups. All the bedrooms in the Maso are located on the second floor, and each benefits from mezzanine floors with space for extra guests. One of the bedrooms has the additional benefit of an adjoining TV room. In the annexe, there are two further en-suite double/twin bedrooms. One features a private terrace access and the other has an adjoining room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2 guests). All the rooms of Cesa del Louf are complete with luxurious furnishings and a characterful farmhouse design.

Guests staying at Cesa del Louf have access to a private heliport. The chalet also features garage parking with 3 spaces (when snow permits), a ski room with heated boot warmers, laundry facilities and office space. In town, at the main lift station, the chalet also has a ski locker in case you prefer to keep your gear directly at the foot of the pistes for ease each day.

For smaller groups, it is possible to take the Cesa del Louf Maso on its own for 6-14 guests.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, and in-resort lift shuttle driver service. An evening shuttle service to Arabba is available at an extra cost (€25 EUR/ hour).
