Chalet 1597 is a charming luxury ski chalet in the peaceful Stubenbach area of Lech. This five-bedroom chalet can sleep up to twelve guests over its three floors. With a sauna, massage room and a wine cellar, it's the mountain escape you need for your next relaxing ski holiday in Lech.
The beautifully rustic wood and stone interiors of Chalet 1597 are complimented by chic features like the modern log burning fireplace, which heats the chalet from its core. The ground floor holds the main living spaces, with a living room made up of two inviting sofas surrounding an antique leather topped coffee table warmed by the traditional Tyrolean stube heater. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of fizz or hot chocolate after your day skiing. The stately dining room sits in a central position, with the flickering fireplace adding a glowing ambiance to your evening meals. From the dining room, strong vintage wooden doors transport you into the kitchen area. There is a second lounge area on the first floor with a classical sofa and armchairs accompanying a large desk, it's a relaxing space for an evening read of your favourite page turner.
The outdoor areas of Chalet 1597 include a terrace with outdoor seating to gaze down the snowy valley from, and a relaxation space with an outdoor hot bath for soothing tired muscles. Inside on the ground floor you will also find a bio sauna and spa area to enjoy some peaceful recovery time. There's also a massage room. Through a door off the main living area is a snug TV lounge with a wraparound red sofa, which is great for a kid's hangout and movie nights in the chalet. For some post dinner entertainment head down to the lower ground floor where you'll find the Chalet 1597 bar and wine cellar, where better to finish a brilliant day in the mountains.
The five en-suite bedrooms of Chalet 1597 sleep up to twelve guests. Each room welcomes its guests with thick mattresses and heavy blankets for a blissful night's sleep throughout your stay. The two master double suites are on the first floor, one with an expansive en suite bathroom, and the other a designated dressing room and en-suite shower room. Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom and a children's dormitory style room which sleeps four guests. The final bedroom is a double with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.
For your convenience, guests at Chalet 1597 have use of one garage parking space and two more outdoor parking spaces. Guests also have use of the private ski room with boot warmers to store all ski gear ready for tomorrow's new adventure.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.
This chalet is also available on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Sat on the peaceful hillside of Stubenbach Chalet 1597 enjoys beautiful views of the Lech mountain-range. Positioned 4-mintues drive from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a 5-minute drive to reach the Rüfikopfbahn gondola, each taking you to into the expansive Lech Zürs ski area.
Driving into the centre of Lech takes 5-minutes from Chalet 1597. Here you'll find a variety of fantastic bars and restaurants to sample, as well as some boutiques to peruse. For evening activities, the Sport Park Lech is a multi-sports complex found a short 4-minutes drive from the chalet.
