The Property

Chalet Lottie is an original farm house dating back to 1867. The property has been transformed into a truly impressive alpine home, sleeping up to 14 people across 3 floors with 7 en suite bedrooms. Many of the original features have been retained and the chalet makes use of the original wooden beams and paneling throughout the building. Sumptuous fabrics, contemporary furnishings, sculptures and art have been combined with aged woods, natural stones and traditional features to create a very comfortable and chic property.

This large alpine chalet boasts an extensive and sophisticated living area and separate dining room seating up to 20 guests, perfect for entertaining. The chalet has a further open plan breakfast room and a 2nd living area, both living areas will be kept warm in the evening with the beautiful wood burning fireplaces.

After a full day skiing what better way to spend your afternoon than soothing your aches and pains, either in the private sauna or the outdoor cedar hot tub nestled into the Swiss mountainside. Or if you would rather stay active then you can do so in your private gym located on the lower level.

In the evening after a full day exploring the local area you can all relax and unwind watching a movie in the large and comfortable cinema room. This luxurious feature is located on the lower ground level along with the fully equipped laundry room.

The main entrance of the chalet is located on the ground floor where you will find the open plan kitchen and guest toilet. A second winter entrance takes you directly into the ski and boot room (with boot heaters).

The top floor of the property houses the master bedroom with an impressive en-suite bathroom and dressing room, another double bedroom with en-suite shower room is also found on the top floor. The ground floor is where you will find a further three en-suite bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin). On the lower floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms. With the array of spacious bedrooms all offering en-suite's make this chalet a great option for family's or mixed groups.

This chalet has exterior parking for 3 vehicles and interior parking for 2 vehicles in the garage, which makes Chalet Lottie ideal for groups wanting to drive to resort and explore the local area.

The price is for exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping. Additional services are available on request.
