The Property

The Grand Chalet de Rougemont is a stunning traditional Alpine chalet in the Swiss village of Rougemont. Spread across three floors and 536m² of space, this luxury chalet in Switzerland offers up breathtaking mountain views and can sleep up to 10 guests across its 5 bedrooms. As a private chalet as part of the Hotel de Rougemont, you will also have access to the incredible spa and facilities of the hotel.

The main living spaces of the Grand Chalet de Rougemont are situated on the chalet's second floor. Cathedral-like ceilings can be found in the stylish lounge, where a feature stone fireplace and comfortable sofas offer an inviting space to socialise. Adjacent to this lounge, you will discover a convivial bar where your designated mixologist can concoct some delightful cocktails for a post-ski treat. Flowing through this area will take you to the elegant dining room, where a sizeable banquet table beside a second fireplace provides a distinguished space to dine on some delectable feasts. Next to this area you will find a large kitchen constructed out of wood and marble stone that is fully-equipped with all the provisions you could need.

On this second floor you also have access to a vast terrace where you can enjoy some alfresco dining on sunnier days with an unbeatable mountain panorama as your backdrop.

For an evening of entertainment, head to the cinema room on the first floor, where guests can sink into the comfortable lounge chairs to watch a movie marathon on the big screen.

The Grand Chalet de Rougemont has five bedrooms spread across its three floors, all with en-suite bathrooms and affording either shared or private terrace/balcony access. The most deluxe of these bedroom suites is the master bedroom on the top floor of the chalet. Natural woods and muted colours form a cosy, snowy dream with a comforting fireplace, freestanding bathtub and office area in an open-plan space that can only be described as palatial. The other four double bedrooms, some of which can be configured as twin rooms, all have a contemporary mountain feel to them, with three of these being found on the first floor of the chalet and the last located on the second floor just off the main living spaces.

For practical purposes, the Grand Chalet de Rougemont has space in the hotel's garage for up to four cars. There is a lift to take you across all floors of the chalet and also laundry facilities within the chalet. The chalet has its own ski room for storage of all your winter gear on return from the slopes.

When staying at the Grand Chalet de Rougemont you will also have use of all the luxury facilities of the adjoining Hotel de Rougemont. The Hotel de Rougemont spa provides wellness and relaxation with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and fitness room for you to take advantage of. There is a hotel restaurant offering up delicious Mediterranean cuisine as well a bar-lounge for drinks and snacks. A wine bar and cigar lounge offer up indulgent spaces for a relaxing drink, while the hotel has a larger cinema and ski storage room for your benefit. There is even a large conference room for corporate events.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 people and is offered with daily breakfast service and complimentary use of the Hotel du Rougement facilities, spa and services.
