The Property
The Ultima Gstaad offers six incredible residences for the perfect compromise between private accommodation and staying within a luxury 5* hotel. There are three residences with three bedrooms that provide an ideal base for groups of 6 to enjoy in Gstaad. One of these apartments is The Royal Residence. This happens to be much larger than the other two properties and is charged at an extra cost.
The three bedroom residences feature an incredible lounge space with sophisticated furnishings and an elegant design which follow the impeccable style found in the Ultima Hotel. Enjoy a cosy lounge area with a feature fireplace to set the scene for a relaxing evening in after a day out exploring the pistes and village.
Each apartment is flooded with natural light and offers exposed beams to ensure the Alpine feel resonates in this wonderful space. In the living room you will also find a separate dining space with 8 seater table offering sumptuous velvet chairs and crystal chandeliers. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and bar area.
Each apartment provides either private terraces or balconies to enjoy at leisure where you can revel in the mountain views surrounding. The Apartment No 11 is a ground floor apartment and also offers a private Jacuzzi on its terrace, and The Royal Residence is on the second floor and has 260m² of living space.
The residences' have three double bedrooms that have been designed to give a relaxing feel and optimum privacy. Each bedroom is en-suite; two with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. The bedrooms in each residence also have a dressing area. An extra bed can be added on request.
Guests in the Ultima Residence also have full access to the facilities of Ultima Gstaad Hotel, which features incredible services and amenities. Enjoy an incredible spa with a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam and gym. Alternatively, book in a beauty treatment in their renowned and state-of-the-art clinic. The hotel also has a gourmet restaurant, a selection of bars and a lobby with 24hour concierge.
Prices are based on exclusive use of a three bedroom residence to include daily complimentary breakfast, housekeeping and turndown service and full use of the Ultima Hotel facilities, spa and 24 hour in-resort shuttle service. The Royal Residence can be rented for a supplement, please enquire.

For any bookings made 90 days in advance, a 10% discount is applicable and for any bookings made 60 days in advance, a 5% discount is applicable. Please note that these rates are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reason.
Location
The Ultima Residences are ideally located with easy access to the centre of Gstaad and are in a great location for both skiers and non-skiers alike. The centre is only a ten minute walk away and so you will find a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants at you fingertips.
Ultima Gstaad Residence is situated just 400m and a few minute's walk from the nearest ski lift to ensure you are on the pistes in no time. The residences also have full use of the Ultima Hotel resort shuttle service to make navigating the resort stress free and easy.
