The Property

The Residence is a grand luxury apartment in St Moritz, featuring a classical princely style, a wealth of facilities, including a swimming pool and nightclub, covering nearly 1,000m² of space. This luxurious duplex sits on the shores of Lake St Moritz close to the centre of resort, and offers 5 double bedrooms with space for up to 10 guests on a luxury ski holiday to St Moritz.

The Residence in St Moritz is abundant with spacious living areas for you to enjoy. The main level of the property is lined with light, vintage Swiss chalet wooden interiors, filled with lavish furnishings of striking blue and glamorous gold. The main lounge includes a warming fireplace, and leads through to the apartment's traditional kitchen and dining area, complete with banquette seating that fosters a convivial atmosphere at mealtimes. Floor-to-ceiling windows envelop the lounge and dining spaces, flooding the rooms with light and providing idyllic views across Lake St Moritz and to the beautiful mountains beyond. Behind the main lounge, further sumptuous seating areas and a stylish bar can be found, while outside an extensive terrace can be accessed.

Also located on the main level of The Residence, a spa area with indoor swimming pool awaits for guests relaxation and enjoyment. This revitalising wellness space also features some restful pool loungers and a soothing steam room. Head downstairs to discover a fitness room, where you will find a mixture of cardio, weights and yoga equipment.

The main focus of The Residence's lower level is found down the corridor from the gym. A second bar area can be found here, with an established style, opening out into an expansive dance space, with professional disco lights and sound system allowing the room to operate as a private nightclub. For a more relaxed way to entertain yourself, the upper level features a vibrant, eclectically-decorated atrium, with a windowed ceiling, that can function as a quiet reading room.

All five bedrooms of The Residence are found surrounding this atrium on the main level, each with a fixed double bed that makes the apartment's maximum capacity 10 guests. The rooms have an intimate, authentic Austro-Swiss chalet-style, with light wood panelling and cosy beds. Each one benefits from a traditional en-suite, many with both baths and walk-in showers.

The Residence includes a large garage with parking for up to 5 cars. There are laundry facilities and a ski room with boot warmers.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes the services of a private chef, chalet host/hostess and housekeeping team. Food and drinks are an additional charge and are calculated upon cost plus the applicable local VAT.

Prices do not include Swiss VAT of 3.8%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.
