The Property

This incredible, 8 bedroom, super impressive luxury estate combines the chalets of Calima and Sirocco to create the Calima Estate. This spectacular, modern chalet is situated high in the Verbier amphitheatre, offering far-reaching views over the village and the surrounding peaks. Additionally, when staying at the Calima Estate, you will have the use of multiple spa areas and spacious living areas to relax and unwind in.

The Calima Estate, made up of Chalet Calima and Chalet Sirocco, is connected by an internal walkway. You can also move between the two externally, allowing you to get between the two chalets with ease. There are two primary living spaces, one in each chalet. On Chalet Calima's top floor, and Chalet Sirocco's second floor, you are greeted by open-plan living and dining areas with tall vaulted ceilings, roaring fireplaces, giant windows with incredible views and stylish furnishings that ooze luxury. There are smart, modern kitchens in each chalet and the dining table in Sirocco can seat up to 20, meaning you can enjoy delicious evening meals as an entire group. A table seating 8 guests is also available in Calima, should each group wish to dine separately. Both chalets benefit from massive terraces and balconies, where you can gather as a group, soak up the sunshine and appreciate the stunning mountain vistas.

The pinnacle of staying at the Calima Estate has to be the access to the two private spa areas. As well as spacious relaxation areas in the spa, one of which grants you more splendid views across the mountains, you will also get the luxury of two indoor pools and two indoor jacuzzis to take a soothing dip in. There is another hot tub on the outside terrace for more relaxation, while one of the spa areas features a sauna, Hammam and massage treatment room. A stay at the Calima Estate is as much a luxury spa getaway as it is a ski holiday.

For an evening away from the spa, the Calima Estate has a state-of-the-art cinema room, where large comfortable sofas can be curled up on in front of a giant screen with surround sound and sensitive lighting for that real cinema atmosphere. There is also a snug TV room, for more casual viewing with a glass of something nice from the wine cave.

There are eight luxury bedrooms in the chalets that make up the Calima Estate, sleeping up to 16 guests in total. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bath or shower room and many can be configured as twin rooms, giving you lots of options for different bedroom configurations for mixed groups of guests. Plush furnishings and soft beds exude elegance, and all but one bedroom gives access to a shared or private balcony/terrace.

For ease of access, there are internal lifts in both chalets that make up the Calima Estate to take you between the four floors of each chalet. There is also garage parking for groups driving to their ski holiday. There are two ski rooms to the estate, giving plenty of space to store all the ski equipment of 16 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 16 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, chalet manager, hosting/housekeeper team and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged in addition, at cost price plus the local applicable VAT.

The property is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
