The Property

Chalet Bella Rocca is an exquisite property in Verbier, spread over five floors and with an exceptional spa area and even more impressive views. The chalet contains five elegant double bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 guests.

The main living spaces of Chalet Bella Rocca are located on its top floor. An elevator will be able to take you here from the entrance hallway as you first enter the chalet. On the top floor you will find a bright and spacious lounge. Vaulted ceilings and skylights that spill light into the room give it a bright and airy feel, while the sleek open fireplace and sizeable plush sofas add a touch of sophistication. One wall of the lounge is dominated by giant glass windows that open out onto a large balcony with unbeatable mountain views, that can be enjoyed all the more for the chalet's elevated position in Verbier. Flowing back through the lounge will lead you to an open-plan dining and state-of-the-art kitchen area, alongside more balconies from which to admire the views from.

A secondary lounge area with more balconies can be found the floor below, while a massive wraparound terrace on the ground floor means you have ample outdoor options in which to enjoy the incredible panoramas and fresh mountain air.

The lower level of Chalet Bella Rocca, one floor below the ground floor, is where you can access all the extraordinary spa facilities on offer at this impressive chalet. A tranquil relaxation space offers up a place to unwind beside the chalet's 12m swimming pool. The spa's marble design, integrated with the wooden chalet features and sensitive lighting, makes for a soothing atmosphere, made even more special by a calming soak in the hot tub or a rejuvenating stint in the Hammam. There is even a small treatment room on this floor, along with a small chalet gym with exercise machines and free weights.

Chalet Bella Rocca features five sumptuous bedrooms spread across its ground and first floor. The lavish master bedroom suite on the first floor has a private wraparound terrace accessed by large floor-to-ceiling windows which offer up views so stunning you won't ever want to wake up anywhere else. A combination of rich textiles, ash wood and neutral tones help craft the rest of these stylish bedrooms, all coming with an en-suite bath or shower room. All but one of the five bedrooms has direct access to a private or shared terrace/ balcony, to further take advantage of the chalet's excellent position and the gorgeous landscapes that can be admired from it.

On the underground level of Chalet Bella Rocca you will find all the functional aspects of the chalet. This includes a large garage with space for up to 6 cars. In addition, you will find a ski room for equipment storage, laundry facilities and a wine cave on this floor.

Prices are based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, chalet manager, hosting/housekeeper team and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged in addition, at cost price plus the local applicable VAT.

The property is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
