The Property

Chalet Marmottière is a luxury chalet in Verbier sleeping up to 18 guests, one of the ultimate mountain homes in resort, if not the entire Alps. Encompassing 1,500m² across two buildings, the chalet is overflowing with incredible facilities, from a spa with 17m swimming pool, to a 3D cinema room and even a bowling alley.

The main living areas of Chalet Marmottière are found across an open-plan, split-level floorspace, running through the centre of the chalet's first floor. Wooden beams accentuate the authentic alpine nature of the chalet, whilst the furnishings and fittings are of an exemplary luxury quality. Modern and glamorous, the living areas are fit for royalty, with two lounge areas, one of which benefits from a feature fireplace, and a stylish dining area seating 12, with the capacity to extend to 18 on request. The lounge opens out onto a colossal balcony, which leads down to a large terrace and snowy garden area, with awe-inspiring mountain scenery to be admired all around. In the second building, guests have another lounge, kitchen and dining area to make use of, luxuriously furnished and offering a cosier alternative to the lavish main lounge areas.

On the lowest level of Chalet Marmottière a sumptuous spa area provides a fabulous area to unwind after skiing. The main highlight is the mammoth 17m indoor swimming pool. Running the span of the spa area, the pool is set beside a wall of windows that bathe you in natural light and showcase the incredible panoramic views. A set of stepping stones lead across one end of the pool to the chalet's sheltered outdoor hot tub. The spa area also comes equipped with a Hammam, sauna, relaxation area, and massage room, for your comfort and wellbeing. Spread between two rooms, you will also find a chalet gym, with a range of cardio and weight training facilities.

Chalet Marmottière features equally incredible entertainment features, making for a delightful evening of fun and memories. Above the swimming pool, a wet bar with billiards table makes for some exciting competition, but not as much as the chalet's bowling alley behind the bar. There are private function rooms for video games and poker tournaments, with the poker room surrounded by a glass wine cellar. Guests also have access to table football, as well as a state-of-the-art 3D cinema room.

The chalet houses nine double bedrooms to sleep up to 18 guests overall. The bedrooms have a stylish, contemporary alpine design, with traditional wooden interiors and plush furnishings. There are three delightful Master suites, equipped with fireplaces, seating areas and dressing spaces. The bedrooms are all accompanied by a luxurious en-quite, and all but one room leads directly out onto a balcony or terrace.

Perfect for corporate ski holidays to Verbier, Chalet Marmottière includes a 10-person conference suite and dedicated office area. An elevator runs between the floors of both the houses that make up the chalet, which link together through a garage. The chalet is equipped with laundry facilities and a ski room.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 18 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, chalet manager, hosting/housekeeper team and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged in addition, at cost price plus the local applicable VAT.

The property is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
