No 5 Apartment 4 is a luxury three-bedroom seasonal ski rental in the heart of Verbier, sleeping 6 guests. Perfect for corporate ski trips or family ski holidays, this stylish 175m² alpine apartment lies just 270m away from the main Medrán lift station, as part of the No. 5 complex that also offers guests access to a shared spa featuring a sauna, Hammam and gym facilities.

Located on the second floor, No 5 Apartment 4's main living area has inviting alpine interiors with reclaimed wood ceilings and homely furnishings, that help to create a charming mountain hideaway feel. The cosy, yet spacious, open-plan living area welcomes you off the mountain with two deep armchairs and a matching long sofa, huddled around the log burning fireplace. There is also a TV for those relaxed movie nights in the apartment. Floor to ceiling windows usher natural light into the living space and showcase panoramic views on the Verbier valley. The sturdy rustic wood dining table sits up to eight guests and lies next to the windows, adding a beautiful view to your evening meals. Beside the dining table is a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, with everything needed to create delicious dinners inside the property.

Following your evening meals, venture through the sliding doors from the main living room and onto No 5 Apartment 4's private balcony. Here lies a great outdoor spot for an apéritif or post-ski drink in view of the mountain peaks.

In total, No 5 Apartment 4's three bedrooms sleep groups of 6 guests. Each room continues the intimate alpine style of the apartment, with reclaimed wood interiors and neutral tones, whilst also showcasing modern en-suite amenities to provide a pleasant, contemporary contrast. For additional luxury, the deluxe master benefits from access to the apartment's balcony. For flexible sleeping arrangements, all bedrooms can be set up as double or twin beds.

All the properties in the No.5 complex have shared access to a serene spa area which includes a sauna, Hammam and gym facilities. Here, guests can recover tired legs after long days of skiing in Verbier, or alternatively, build up strength to further improve technique.

For convenience, No 5 Apartment 4 has use of a ski locker within a shared ski room and designated underground parking space, for self-driving guests.

Location

No 5 Apartment 4 is conveniently situated in a prime central position, along the Rue de Medrán, in great access to the resort's main lift hub and amenities. The Medrán lift station is just 270m away, ensuring quick access to skiing in the Swiss Alps. For beginners, the Le Rouge button lift is a 3-minute drive away, whilst on the other side of resort, the Savoleyres gondola can be reached via a 9-minute journey by car.

Because of its superb central location, No 5 Apartment 4 is on the doorstep of a wide selection of shops, bars and local restaurants. For non-skiing activities in Verbier, the Centre Sportif Verbier is a multi-sports complex found just a 4-minute drive away. The closet bus stop lies at the foot of the Medrán lift station, for ease of access around Verbier using the resort's free bus service.
