Nestled in the exclusive ski resort of Zermatt, the Aria Penthouse is a luxury four-bedroom apartment, blending contemporary and classical alpine design. Featuring breathtaking views of the iconic Matterhorn and the charming village below, the penthouse offers a luxurious retreat for up to 8 guests, spread across a spacious 240m² of elegantly designed living space.
Aria Penthouse has been thoughtfully designed to provide a home-away-from-home feeling. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and offering unparalleled views of the Matterhorn. Here, a comfortable lounge area creates the perfect space where to unwind after a day on the slopes or socialise in with the rest of the group. While, an open fireplace adds a warm, inviting glow to the space. The combination of oak, natural stone, and contemporary finishes throughout the penthouse ensures a harmonious balance of elegance and comfort. Step outside the wrap-around balcony to take in even more the stunning snowy views, while enjoying an alfresco apéritif.
On the opposite side, indulge in your evenings' delicacies around the oak dining table, comfortably seating eight guests, and providing the perfect backdrop for memorable meals. Nearby, a fully-equipped modern kitchen will have everything you may need to prepare delicious homemade dishes.
Aria Penthouse can sleep up to 8 guests across four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of these are equipped with baths, while the others feature sleek, modern showers. Every bedroom is characterised by a subtle, ambient lighting, creating a cosy yet sophisticated atmosphere. For extra convenience, all rooms can be arranged as either doubles or twin, to allow different groups' configurations.
On the ground floor of the building, guests can find a shared wellness and relaxation area. The outdoor jacuzzi will create the perfect setting to soothe any achy muscles after a day of skiing in Zermatt. For a truly indulgent experience, you will be able to book private use of the outdoor hot tub, which is accessed through the wellness area. Alternatively, enjoy massages and treatments in the dedicated massage area, or continue with your workout in the fitness room.
For additional ease, Aria Penthouse can be access both via a private lift or stairs.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests to include full gourmet catering, an open drinks bar and an arrival transfer from Zermatt train station. No travel included.
Aria Penthouse is also available on a self catered basis to include a meet and greet at Zermatt station and transport to the chalet and concierge service.

While for ski lovers, the Klein Matterhorn Lift is just a 5-7 minute walk away or a quick two-minute ride with the resort e-bus, ensuring effortless access to some of the best slopes in the Alps. Ski lockers are available to hire for your holiday duration at the gondola station, should you prefer to keep your equipment ready and waiting for you at the lift.

They are happy to assist with any special request no matter how big or small to ensure your stay with them is effortless. They are very much involved in the operation, passing on their knowledge and expertise to their guests and ensuring guest feedback is acted on, enabling them to enhance their product every year.
Operating exclusively in Zermatt, they only choose the very best chalets and apartments in the most convenient locations, with easy access, stunning views and offering a unique service from their hand-picked, highly experienced, team of hospitality professionals. Their staff include internationally acclaimed chefs, chalet managers, house-keepers, massage therapists and guides who are on hand to make your Zermatt experience a memorable one.
The property can be rented on either a self-catered or catered basis, and in both cases you will enjoy a personalised welcome from the chalet's team at Zermatt train station with a complimentary transfer to the chalet, and a dedicated concierge service. When taken on a fully catered basis, their highly qualified chefs will provide breakfast and afternoon tea on 5 days per week, and a 3/4 course gourmet evening meal five out of seven nights. While on 6 evenings, canapés will be served together with a Champagne reception on your arrival. They are ably assisted by a chalet host who will serve tea or coffee in bed, help with breakfast and service the chalet daily. On the chef day off and on departure day, a generous continental breakfast will be provided for guests. For extra pampering, an evening turndown service is also be provided.
They can arrange extra services for you during the week at an additional charge, including cleaners and additional towel or linen changes. Thanks to their experienced concierge service they will be able to manage everything throughout your stay: from restaurants bookings, spa treatments, childcare to a paragliding flight or a shopping trip to Milan, the list never ends!
