Nestled in a central location in resort, the Christiania Residence is one of the top luxury ski residences in Zermatt. The building is composed of multiple luxury apartments of differing sizes, each offering a flexible layout, ideal to accommodate different group configurations, with the additional benefit of shared wellness facilities. Sitting on the first floor of the building, Christiania Apartment 4 can sleep up to 2 guests, resulting in a brilliant choice for a couple looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in Zermatt.
The main open-plan living area welcomes guests into the heart of the apartment. To one side, a comfortable sofa offers the perfect setting where you can relax with your favourite book or enjoy a movie in front of the flat-screen TV. While for intimate dinners, a cosy dining table offers the ideal setting where to enjoy delicious meals, prepared in the nearby fully-equipped kitchen. Step outside to the apartment's balcony to take in the beautiful views of the snowy surroundings.
Christiana Apartment 4 can accommodate up to two guests within a spacious double bedroom, featuring its own dressing area as well as an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has been decorated with the same modern alpine design as the rest of the property, presenting a calming space. From here, you will also have access to the apartment's balcony, a fantastic spot to enjoy an alfresco coffee in the morning.
For extra convenience, the apartment also includes laundry facilities. Guests staying at Apartment Christiania 4 can also benefit from a wide range of shared facilities, such as a gym, perfect for those wishing to keep up with their workout, and a massage treatment room, ideal for relaxing after a long day on the snow. A shared ski room with boot warmers is also available to assure that guests are fully ready for their next day of skiing activities.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 2 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping, mid-week towel change and in-resort electro-taxi on arrival & departure.

Situated in an ideal position for ski lovers, the apartment sits at an equal distance from the three main lifts that give you direct access into the Matterhorn Ski Paradise ski area. You are about an 8-minute walk away (or 3-minute taxi ride) from the Matterhorn Express gondola, with the Sunnegga funicular and Gornergrat mountain railway the same distance in the opposite direction.
The centre of Zermatt is a short stroll away from the property. You are just 2 minutes walk from the top of the main high street running through town, featuring a selection of local bars, restaurants, boutiques, and local shops.

Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
In your stay at this Zermatt luxury chalet, a complimentary electro-taxi is provided for pick up on arrival and drop off on departure at the local resort train station. During your stay the chalet team will be more than happy to assist with booking electro-taxis to take you around resort and to the various lift stations throughout your stay.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury chalet/apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
