Restaurant Sylvestre has a set menu of 10 dishes, which include signature delicacies like Roscoff crab and risotto with lobster (fregola Sarda), served with foie gras from the Landes region. In addition, the open kitchen allows you to witness Sylvestre and his exemplary team display their impressive technical ability as they craft these flavour sensations.
Grandes Alpes Hotel

Furthermore, you can find a sister restaurant on the slopes at the top of the Gütsch Express gondola. The Japanese by The Chedi at Gütsch holds one Michelin Star and 16 Gault Millau points. Located at 2,344m above sea level, the chefs pair world-class cuisine with the most magnificent of Alpine views; it’s a breathtaking dining experience like no other.
The Chedi Andermatt
It is hard to put into words the magnificence that is The Chedi Andermatt. The focal point of the charming Swiss resort of Andermatt, The Chedi has an unbelievable list of amazing features and facilities. This architectural masterpiece brings Asian influences to the Alps, and boasts a staggering 118 rooms and suites. The 2,400m² spa has an endless list of facilities, with the hotel having a similarly impressive number of drinking and dining options. Sommet is special for a number of reasons. Firstly, the food is delightful, with either set or à la carte menu options that pay homage to the culinary heritage of Switzerland. The finest products are provided by local suppliers, predominantly from the Saanenland region, with fish and meat from farms solely based in Switzerland. The restaurant’s style perfectly blends rustic and modern influences. Furthermore, due to the hotel’s prime location, the panoramic views are simply wondrous. In addition to its Michelin Star, Sommet has also received an impressive 18 Gault Millau points.
The Alpina Gstaad
