With the winter coming ever closer, we thought we would share with you some of the most exciting new luxury ski chalets, just built, and ready to go for this ski season. We take a look into which chalets are going to be causing the biggest splashes in the Alps this winter.
So, without further ado, here are the best new luxury ski chalets for 2018/19 from 1 – 10 in no particular order. Sit back, relax and let us know your favourite!

1. Le Chalet Mont Blanc, Chamonix
Le Chalet Mont Blanc, where to begin? This brand new state of the art luxury ski chalet in Chamonix is something quite special, to say the least. The chalet will be over 1,000m² of pure alpine indulgence and arguably has the most stunning view of any luxury ski chalet in the Alps. Imagine being in the pool or out on the decking area with the Mont Blanc just opposite you. You pay for the view, the chalet comes free. Is this the ultimate luxury corporate ski chalet?
2. Chalet Serendipity, Meribel
Chalet Serendipity is one of two brand new luxury ski chalets in Meribel which will be welcoming guests for the very first time this winter. The chalet can sleep up to 12 guests across 6 rooms, all of which have a luxurious en-suite. A unique aspect of Chalet Serendipity is that it includes private return airport transfers, and lift passes that covers skiing in the Three Valleys for the whole group!
3. Chalet Mimi, Lech
Chalet Mimi is one of the many new ski chalets being added to the existing collection of luxury chalets in Lech, in the Arlberg ski area of Austria. The chalet is perched up in Oberlech, which is where you will find the majority of ski in, ski out luxury chalets in the area. The chalet has 4 main bedrooms and a separate children’s bunk room, all with an en-suite. One of the rooms even has an adjoining single room, ideal for a nanny or extra guest.
4. Pure Black and Pure White Crystal, St Martin de Belleville
Finally, a step up in terms of luxury chalets in the traditional ski resort of St Martin de Belleville. These chalets are what St Martin lovers have been longing for; luxury chalets with great spa and wellness facilities. Pure White Crystal and Pure Black Crystal are two chalets side by side that can be booked together if necessary, perfect for large groups accommodating up to 22 guests.
5. Chalet Sapphire, Morzine
Chalet Sapphire is once again raising the bar when it comes to luxury ski chalets in Morzine and the Portes du Soleil. The chalet has been thought out from the offset to make it the most complete luxury ski chalet. Designed to be built without compromise, Chalet Sapphire is just that and more. Last year we had Joux Plane, this year the stunning Sapphire, what next?
6. Chalet L’Arpege, Meribel
The second new build ski chalet in Meribel to feature in this blog is Chalet L’Arpege. This chalet is located in the Morel sector of Meribel, giving guests the ability to ski back to the boot room. This means in the mornings you have the benefit of being right next to the Morel chairlift – no need to deal with the busy Chaudanne! Chalet L’Arpege sleeps up to 14 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms, with one family suite which is where the master bedroom has an adjoining bunk room.
7. Chalet Machapuchare, Val d’Isere
When it comes to new luxury ski chalets in Val d’Isere, there are never too many. This season we are pleased to welcome the beautiful Chalet Machapuchare. Located in Le Cret area of Val d’Isere ski resort, the chalet has great views of the resort and the famous Solaise Mountain and La Face de Bellevarde. Aside from the stunning spa area, you have a wonderfully convivial living room, perfect for family ski holidays. There is plenty of room for all the family with 7 en-suite bedrooms luxuriously finished to a high standard.
8. Arula Chalets, Lech
The Arula Chalets are two more new luxury ski chalets in Lech to feature in this blog, and you can certainly see why. Arula Chalet 1 and Arula Chalet 2 can be taken together or separately. Each of these new ski chalets has a spectacular wellness area along with a prime ski in, ski out location in the heart of Lech’s ski resort. Arula 1 is the larger of the two sleeping up to 21 guests, Arula 2 can sleep 8 guests, perfect for smaller groups and families.
9. Chez Bugi, St Martin de Belleville
If the Crystal Chalets brought top-end facilities to St Martin de Belleville, then Chez Bugi brings top-end location and service. As the flagship property of the new development, Chez Bugi stands out as a ski in, ski out luxury chalet in St Martin. The new development will also home a new bistrot which is owned by the Meilleur family, owners of the 3* Michelin La Bouitte – where better to enjoy a coffee whilst watching the children learn to ski? The chalet has 6 bedrooms, so bring all the family to enjoy this wonderful new ski chalet!
10. Lodge des Nants, Morzine
The second new luxury ski chalet in Morzine to feature is the Lodge des Nants. The chalet is named after the “Retour des Nants” piste which runs back to the Pleney and is just 200m above the chalet, and, in good conditions, you are able to ski close to the chalet. Lodge des Nants will be filled with all the luxury facilities one would expect in a ski chalet of this stature; an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, cinema room… the list goes on! The chalet has 7 bedrooms and is able to host up to 15 guests, ideal for group ski holidays to Morzine.
